Gluten Free Bacon Egg Muffins
12 Cup cupcake tin sprayed with gluten free non-stick spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:
12 Bacon slices
8 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Milk or water
1/2 Cup of your favorite shredded cheese (Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere, Smoked Gouda)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Mix eggs, cheese, water or milk, salt and pepper
- Wrap a slice of bacon inside of each cup
- Fill 3/4 with egg mixture
- Cook for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are golden
- Pop out with a knife and serve immediately
