Edamole is a tasty twist on traditional guacamole and may just ring your bell. A new breed of guac is born with the addition of edamame and a partial deletion of avocado.
What’s not to love about chips and fresh guacamole?
By adding the soy protein in edamame the overall fat content is lowered and a fresh sweeter tasting edamole is ready to enjoy (do keep in mind that the fat in avocados are of the healthy variety).
